Production Process
Our production process begins with cleaning the nuts by floating them in water, then sterilising them in hot water and brushing and calibrating them into units of a kilogram. Following a rigorous manual selection, we pack the nuts in different mesh formats in line with customer preferences. Our goal throughout the process is to not spoil the nuts either inside or out so they keep all the qualities of fresh nuts intact.
